NOTE: Please email the following as soon as possible and no later than Monday, Sept 11th, 5pm to April at

  1. Confirmation of your most flattering apparel size (XS, S, M, L, XL)
  2. A signed model contract
  3. Notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions


Q: What time should I arrive to the Accelerator Space and how long should I plan on being there?

Please arrive at 9am promptly on Thursday, September 14, 2017 and plan to stay until 6pm.

Q: What photoshoot stations will I be featured in on the day of the photoshoot?

There will be 6 total photoshoot stations, styled by Limonata Creative Consulting (example images depicted below). On the day of the shoot, you will be guided on which photoshoot station(s) to model in.


Q: What should I bring with me?

  • 1 set of solid colored black/white/gray work-out clothes (particularly: leggings, sports bra, tank top/plain t-shirt, ankle length or shorter socks)
  • A variety of your favorite colorful work-out clothes
  • 1-2 pairs of fitness sneakers (please try to bring sneakers that are clean and not terribly worn looking)
  • A variety of your favorite, everyday jewelry (earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces)
  • If you're bringing children: please also bring 1-2 everyday/casual outfits & shoes for your child
  • You will find that there might be some downtime between hair/makeup and/or photography sessions. For this reason we strongly recommend bringing items to entertain yourself and your child such as books/magazines, ipads/computer, 1-2 few of your child's favorite toys, etc.

Q: How should I prepare my hair, makeup & nails for the shoot?

  • Please come with clean, dry hair (we'll have a hair stylist professionally style it)
  • No makeup (we'll have makeup artist professionally apply it)
  • Please come with neutral nail polish on fingers and toes - otherwise, please remove nail polish completely. Fingers and toes should be clean and professional looking.

Q: Will I have hair styling & makeup application performed on me?

Yes. Hair & makeup will be completed by Vintage Veils. Please contact April at for more information.

Q: What do I wear?

Please come dressed in fitness apparel and sneakers. Throughout the day you we may ask you to model apparel from our participating apparel sponsors. Please contact April at for more information.

Q: Will I need to be fully nude for any part of the photoshoot?

No, however your belly may be exposed. All models will be clothed in fitness wear or other clothing.

Q: Will I be allowed to bring a guest to the photoshoot?

Unfortunately, no. However certain exceptions may be considered for special circumstances. Please email Erin at at if you feel you might have a special circumstance we should consider.

Q: Will there be food/meals provided and if so, will you consider special diet requests?

  • Yes, day-of catering will be provided by Gundalow Gourmet (breakfast, lunch, snacks & beverages).
  • If you have any allergies or special dietary needs please email Erin at
  • Food for children: While we'll have food available, it is recommended that you bring your child's favorite snacks and beverages so that they stay as happy as possible :)

Q: Will there be a baby sitter available on site on the day of?

While we will have a small, enclosed children's play pen at the venue and there will be over 15 women/mamas present who could volunteer to keep an extra set of eyes on your child/baby while you are needed as a model, we unfortunately won't have any hired sitters available. 

You are welcome to to bring someone to supervise your child, however if you plan on doing this please email Erin at at ASAP so we can include that person in our catering count.

Q: Are there bathrooms on site?

Yes. The Accelerator Space has multi-stalled men's and women's bathrooms.

Q: Will there be parking on site?

Yes. Here is a parking map for your convenience:

Due to limited parking, we recommend that you drop off your items/gear to the Accelerator space when you arrive and then move your car & park in the following areas:

If you're pregnant: A few parking spots will be available for pregnant models at the parking lot across the street from the Accelerator space

All Others: Street parking is available on Benninghaus Rd. and outside the Bmore Kitchen facility.

Additional parking can be found across the street at a parking lot on Harwood Ave. (beside & behind the Wendy's) with 6 designated Bmore Kitchen spaces. Note: please let us know if you plan on parking here as we will need to give you a parking pass for your vehicle.

Q: When will I receive the photos?

Photos will be available 6 weeks after the photoshoot date.

Q: How will I receive the photos?

Photos will be shared in a password protected, online gallery where you can download them.

Q: Will I be able to purchase hard copies of the photos?

Yes, there will be an option to purchase hard copies of the photos in the online gallery.

Q: What are the usage rights of the photos?

Models may make reproductions of Pump The Bump’s portfolio of the event for editorial use or to display within sponsor’s social media or website. Pump The Bump assigns and grants models the right to use photography of Pump the Bump’s or in which Pump The Bump may be included. When featuring any portion of Pump the Bump’s portfolio of event, the model agrees to credit Pump the Bump, April Davidson Bly, Limonata Creative and any other brands visible in the photos online or any social media posts for their work. 

Q: Will other brands and people be able to use the photos besides my own brand/business?

Yes, Pump The Bump, April Davidson Bly, Limonata Creative and any participating vendors will be using the event photos on their websites, in their portfolios and/or on social media. All parties will agree to credit the other brands and/or models visible in the photos online or in any social media posts for their work. 

Q: Will I be able to submit the photos to print publications or use them for large scale advertisements, such as billboards?

Yes, but you have to obtain a release form from April Davidson Bly before doing so. Please contact April at for more information.
